Meet The Owners
Before we start touring the space, let’s meet the owners! They prefer to be on a first-name basis, so you can call them Autumn and Laura. If you make a trip to White Star Station in person, you will likely be speaking with Autumn who is the co-owner and creative director. They are a mother and daughter team that fell in love with the history and raw beauty of the venue.
Location
White Star Station is located in the heart of Downtown Maryville making this the perfect location for both local and destination couples. There is so much to do in Downtown Maryville from delicious restaurants to entertaining activities for your guests. Our venue is located only 30 minutes from Downtown Knoxville in case you wanted to take your guests to visit the Sunsphere or enjoy historic Market Square. For those who love the outdoors, Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains are only an hour away!
That’s right when hosting your wedding in Tennessee you can go for a hike in the Smoky Mountains and enjoy trendy drinks in the city all on the same day. The location of our venue is just one of the many perks of booking your wedding with us!
Venue Front
When you arrive at White Star Station, you will know you are here from our easy-to-spot venue front! Look for the gold and white logo! There is an accessible attached parking garage that makes parking for all of your guests and vendors a breeze. All you have to do is park and then you can meet us at the front of our venue for the full experience! Insider secret: there is a door leading to the venue from the parking garage when it is time to unload all of the decor for your wedding. Your vendors will love this.
Bridal Suite
First, you will want to check out the bridal suite! This is a great place to relax and get ready for your wedding day. This loft-style space is cozy and spacious. It was important to our team to be able to provide accommodations for the full wedding day – not just the ceremony and reception. Even if you don’t get ready onsite, the bridal suite is here for you to relax and unwind before the festivities begin.
Ceremony Spaces
White Star Station is designed as an open layout. The choice is yours as to where you place your ceremony! We are ready to host up to 350 guests so there are so many options for how you create your perfect ceremony moment. White Star Station includes onsite draping to create the illusion of different spaces if you would like. Or, keep everything open for a modern look!
Reception Spaces
The reception spaces are similar to the ceremony. Place your tables, dancefloor, lounge, and food where you please! The venue feels comfortable even at guest capacity. You can celebrate with your guests without the worry of not having enough space. We even offer a custom gold round bar for you to use during the reception.
Butterfly Garden
Last, but not least, we had to mention what we call the butterfly garden. This is a mural painted on the side of our venue that looks absolutely dreamy for photos. Pose with the #wingsofhopetn!
