This month, we received the opportunity to take part in the Knoxville Pink Bridal Show! It was such a pleasure to work with the amazing vendors to bring together our venue booth and meet all of the couples in attendance. What is The Knoxville Pink Bridal Show?
Before we begin, let’s get to know a bit more about this local event. If you are planning a wedding near Knoxville, you have probably seen heard of The Knoxville Pink Bridal Show. This year, the show was a one-day event bringing together local wedding professionals to showcase their work. There were even giveaways and fashion shows for more inspiration!
For those who are planning a wedding, you know the abundance of options available for your wedding. This is a great opportunity to meet vendors in person and even chat and share a drink with other brides or engaged couples. If you weren’t able to attend this year, no worries! The Banner
We need to talk about our gorgeous banner for this show. To showcase our historic, venue we knew we wanted our logo to be front and center. Extreme Vinyl Graphics saved the day to create our banner in house after a shipping delay. They even went the extra mile to ensure every detail was perfected with a gold foil add-on. Just look at how stunning it turned out! This way, couples and vendors attending the bridal show could easily spot our venue booth showcase.
Bridal Showcase
For our showcase book at the Knoxville Convention Center for the bridal show, we worked with a lovely team of vendors. Our signature white arbor by Marsh Made Design framed our venue’s section of the show and we decorated with plenty of gorgeous fresh floral arrangements by LB Floral. We love the romantic and inviting feeling created by this design to represent our venue. Of course, all of this wouldn’t have been possible without our wonderful consultant and designer, Darla Walker Events.
Meeting the Brides
It’s time for our favorite part- meeting the brides and couples! After setting up for the day, the bridal show attendees began to arrive. We loved chatting and hearing more about each bride’s wedding day. Some even brought their bride squad along for extra fun. Each person who stopped by our booth received a custom pamphlet outlining our services by Print Edge. This show was a complete success and we absolutely cannot wait to participate in more local events.
