It is officially time for winter weddings! As an indoor Tennessee wedding venue, this is such a special time of year for us. We are honored to host weddings regardless of the season. So, when the temperature is a little too cool to celebrate outside, you can take the party indoors at our venue, White Star Station.
Today, we are taking a look at a wedding during this season that is truly Pinterest-worthy. Keep reading this blog for an inside look at this dream winter wedding with vintage details.
Today, the details come first. Every wedding needs an invitation! This wedding featured a dreamy printed invitation. The combination of the black background and floral print was incredibly unique! Look closely. You can spot the address of our venue here. If you are excited about the details but need to book your wedding space, you can learn more about us here.
Local photographer, Sarah Michelle Photography captured the photos from this wedding, and did a phenomenal job. From photos of the ring box to the reception, this gallery is a must-see!
The bride and her crew got ready in our bridal suite. This is a space designated for getting ready onsite and is fully equipped with power outlets, mirrors, and seating. All you have to do on your wedding morning is arrive to the venue, and you are all set! Gone are the days of traveling to different locations just for getting ready.
One of our favorite moments from this wedding morning is the first look with the bridesmaids. Look at the emotion on their faces! What a sweet moment. First looks can be shared with more individuals than simply your future spouse.
Couple and Wedding Party
After getting ready, the bride and groom shared a first look outside of the venue. This happened to be a sunny winter day, so the weather was comfortable enough to grab some photos. Pro tip from a wedding venue: research the average weather in the location of your wedding AND speak to your local vendors about the weather. They will be able to provide some honest insight as to what to expect on your wedding day.
This group posed and also got to show off their wedding outfits! We love the beaded detail and full skirt on the bride’s dress. The deep green suit that the groom wore added an in-season pop of color to this wedding day. What a fashionable group!
The couple married indoors surrounded by their loved ones. This ceremony took place against our venue’s industrial brick walls and we can’t get enough of this design! A simple arch decorated with florals and drapery offered just the right amount of embellishment to this look.
As the sun set, the party began! The couple enjoyed their reception by beginning with a first dance and a delicious meal. They spent the rest of the night mingling with their guests. Cheers to another wedding day at White Star Station!
